    Measuring your ring size at home

    • 3. Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps with a pen.
    • 4. Measure the length of the string or paper with a ruler (in inches or millimetres).
    • 5. Use a ring size chart to determine your ring size based on the measurement.

    Can we wear an Iris Smart Ring on any fingers? Or just Index finger?

    Ideally the ring can be worn on any finger , but to get the best experience of Smart Touch Function, it is recommended the ring should be worn on the index finger and the health sensor area located beneath the finger.
    Is my smart ring waterproof? Can I wash my hands/take a bath using the ring?

    With an IP68 rating , Iris Ring is water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 Meters for up to 30 Minutes. Washing your hands is fine, but it's advisable not to wear the ring while taking a bath, as steam in the shower may affect the performance of the ring.
    Is the smart ring disconnected during the night? Can we monitor sleep during day time or while taking a short nap?

    To conserve battery, the ring and app will disconnect after you fall asleep and will remain disconnected until 6 AM. However, the ring will continue to monitor your health metrics and sleep. You will receive accurate data once the ring reconnects with the App
    Yes, the Iris Ring monitors short naps between 12 PM and 3 PM. And it monitors Sleep anytime from 9 PM till 11 AM
    My Smart Touch sensor is not working?

    Make sure to turn on the Smart Touch feature in the app to access all its functions, or turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again to reconnect.
    Please note that Smart Touch function of the ring will automatically enter sleep mode after few hours inactivity. Please switch off and then on the Smart Touch application to resume using it.
    The ring is not connecting to the app , what could be the reason?

    Possible reasons the ring may not be connecting to the app include:
    • The ring is out of charge.
    • Bluetooth is not connected.
    • There is an obstacle between the ring and the phone.
    How do I activate the SOS function in Ring?

    Turn on the SOS function in the app. Below are the steps to trigger SOS gestures in case of an emergency:
    1. Tap the hand wearing the ring up and down slowly more than 9 times.
    2. Perform a long swipe in the Smart Touch area, then double-click more than 5 times.
