Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pebble will provide a replacement of a fresh order only if requested within 24 hours of receiving your order and only under the conditions listed below.
For any Warranty-related concerns regarding replacements, please refer to Warranty policy section.
1. If the customer receives the wrong product, a replacement will be processed after customer consent, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
2. If a damaged product is received, any physical damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Manufacturing defects or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. The replacement will be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and undergoes a thorough quality check.
5. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
Refund or replacement shall not be provided under the following circumstances:
• The customer is not happy with the looks/sound of a defect-free product.
• Any electrical surge that caused damage by the customer
• Any physical damage that is not notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the best customer service and have a customer-friendly cancellation policy. However, the following terms apply:
• Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the customer contacts us after 24 hours of placing the order, he needs to contact us within 24 hours of placing the delivery.
• If the product has already been dispatched within 24 hours of your order, you may still cancel by refusing delivery.
• Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
